Safety

Safety comes first at GRIT Infrastructure because the work we do can be dangerous, and we take that responsibility seriously. We are constantly training and discussing safety, have dedicated safety professionals, and perform unannounced jobsite inspections to help keep our crews safe. Everyone watches out for each other so that every employee goes home safely at the end of the day.

We conduct the following trainings in-house to ensure compliance and full training, including: OSHA 10, CPR, Confined Spaces, and equipment-specific certifications.

GRIT focuses on delivering on time, on spec and on budget. From our Project Managers to our field teams, clients receive clear communication, honest schedules and crews who take ownership of the work. We check our work as we go, so problems get caught in the ground, not after we've left the site. When the job is done, it's done right, and we stand behind it.
